Collages- 2019/2020

My ongoing research on Female sexual desire finds expression in these collages. The thing about the process of collage making is this- it's a process of self-discovery while one gropes and tackles the unknown white space and marks on it. It's a process of being led by the marks on the paper. The content of the 7 artworks is revolving around aging and sexuality in women. How is sexual desire buried in an aging body? Is it hidden or is it buried? Has it died? My hunch is NO. What do we do about it?
